Meditation

Meditation helps to engage in non-judgmental awareness of present moment and non-attachment to thoughts, feelings, and sensations to allow one to balance the body and gain a calmness of the Body, Mind, and Spirit. Let go of habits and perception involving your self, others, and bring an awareness of your holistic environment.  

Meditation Offered: Mindfulness, Seated, Walking, QiGong.
