Medicinal Use of Culinary Herbs, 2P to 6:30P. This class explores common Culinary herbs and their uses in food and medicine. Growing techniques and best practices, store bought vs cultivated, and how to use. We will navigate the uses in both food and medicinal applications learning the basics of salve, infused oils, and tincture making. Exploring the energetics and uses of Basil, Lemon Balm, Oregano, Garlic, Ginger, and Turmeric. Each participant will take home a medicinal preparation. This class is hands on. $175/ person limited availability.
